               Today Let's explore the Magic of number nine 

       Here we shall see 3 different tricks using the number 9.                           

Trick 1

Try it out and be amazed.

take a piece of paper

write 987654321

multiply this number with 9

subtract 1

?????

let try 

 987654321 x

                 9

888888889 -

wow!

Now try this in backyards . Instead of subtracting 1 add 10 to the product

how did this happen??

Trick 3

I bet you'll find this far more interesting.
Tell your friend to think a number between 10 and100 in his mind.
Tell to add 90 to that number.
Tell to cross out the first digit on the left.          
Tell him to add the crossed out number to the sum.
Ask him to tell the answer.
Next step is secret, you silently add 9 to that number
and tell that number

The Number you get will be the number your friend was thinking!

for example:

friends number : 50             

add  90           

i.e.   50 + 90 = 140      

cross out  1  and add 1 to 40  

i.e.   41

your Friend will tell 41 

you should silently add 9

get 41+9 = 50,

This is the number your friend thought.
